Returned material must be un-opened, and in their original packaging and condition. For temperature-controlled items, you must certify that all materials were stored at their appropriate temperature while in your possession, and shipped at the appropriate tempertature back to D-MARK Biosciences. To return merchandise, you must contact D-MARK Biosciences by phone at 416-297-8220 in order to request a return materials authorization (RMA) number.
D-MARK Biosciences appreciates your business and will take all reasonable efforts within the guidelines of this policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
NOTE:
1. D-MARK Biosciences"Sale Items" are excluded from this policy. “All Sales Final”
2. For refunds and exchanges, we may ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number for audit and fraud prevention purposes. Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information. This information is collected, used and retained to help us ensure that refunds and exchanges are valid (in each case and over time) and in accordance with our D-MARK BiosciencesPolicy.
Reclaiming taxes on returned items

you authorize D-MARK Biosciences to submit a claim for taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. D-MARK Biosciences will refund the purchase price and taxes directly to you minus a 15% re-stocking fee
